Es ist ein tolles Apartment mit Balkon und Dachterasse, gut ausgestattet mit Küche-Wohnzimmer-Kombination, Bad und 2 Schlafzimmern.
Die Instruktionen zum Erhalt der Schlüssel und wie/wo man in die Garage kommt hätten etwas genauer sein können. Ein Anruf beim Gastgeber wurde nicht entgegengenommen. Wir haben es dann selbst herausgefunden.

The place was amazing. Nice location, near for a lot of facilities, we could spend out time well in the neighbouring area.
The apartment is spaceous, has a nice view, amazing balcony (we did not use). Easy to use equipment, tools, compact and lovely.
It is somewhat difficult to find the apartment, it took us a while to find it. Please share a map with the next ones.
Also the instructions for the keys, i would describe a bit different. We could barely find the garage keys.
Minor things, really. None of these impacted our stay, we enjoyed it a lot.

Elegant flat and furniture, and well-equipped kitchen. Very clean, new, and in good conditions. Two panaroma balconies. Charme of harbour and industrial area. A bit lifeless surroundings, but the only living beings we found in the building were kind and helpful (one lady and her dogs).
The owner was not available when the keys were to be handed over. Booking.com, on the other hand, did a remarkably great job to resolve the problems, and after a few hours were successful. The heating of the flat was not active. Check out 10 a.m. is not really comfortable, either.
