Dotan's Boutique Studios - By Bograshov Beach!

The flat sits right in the middle of old Tel Aviv, you are on the beach in a manner of a few minutes walk. Even though the flat is near some busy roads it was very quiet at night, really nice. The flat itself had everything that was needed, TV, kitchen utilities, free Nespresso capsules, there was soap and shampoo in the shower. The flat is very clean, looks like it has been recently been painted. The bed was comfortable. It's small but was enough for us. we did not meet the owner, but really there was no need. We got very precise instructions how to get there, including videos, what to do, and any questions we had before we arrived was quickly and answered in a friendly manner.

We got to keep it real though: The tiny shower cabinet was diabolical. I've been to Booking hotels all over the world, this is seriously one of the most disgusting ones we had, and we have been to many 3rd world countries. The shower head mount/rod was completely rusty, when you touched it it was almost coming off the wall. I am not too tall, but adjusting the shower for washing the hair did not work. Furthermore, there was disgusting mould on several places there in the shower cabinet. When you have to pay 100 € per night you expect better, I don't understand how a landlord thinks this is acceptable. In addition, when I wanted to pay using Paypal I was told there is a 5% surcharge for that, I am not sure this is appropriate and I have never had this asked before. However they refunded the Paypal and I paid by transfer, so that was ok. The Lamp above the bed that fell out of its holder and was hanging by the wires only could also be fixed ;). To summerise: it's a nice flat at a good location, but if you order it, make sure the bathroom has been fixed, and then you will be OK :)

Dotan es muy amable, la ubicación excepcional todo muy privado y cómodo.

Great location, clean and quiet place. Also a little sitting area outside. Loved it
