Location was excellent, the hosts were very kind, and the room was very well appointed.
Still under completion, so the outside area will progressively become more enjoyable; not so much now.

Rustic
We happened to book when renovations were being done, think it will be a whole lot better when finished.

The staff were helpful, friendly without being overbearing. I came with friends who wrote staying elsewhere. . They said next time they were in Exeter. They will be book8ng in with the oak tree.
Hope they do really well good grounded folk. Thankyou for your hospitality. Kind regards Paul
To be fair they could not do any better.
