The key lock-box and code-locked door all work. I had a bit of a problem twice and couldn't have faulted the remote support I got, even quite late at night when I arrived. The flat was just what I wanted; very nicely designed and modern/clean with good equipment. There were very heavy storms the first night I was there - be careful with opening the windows as rain can come in. It is possible to have the skylights open to get a bit of air moving and still keep rain out but keep the main vertical window needs to be kept closed.
Flat at the top of two flights of stairs but that is my problem as an ol'dino of 67 and it does advertise itself as top floor :)
