Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeberin war enorm freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, ist komfortabel und unglaublich gemütlich – man fühlt sich fast wie zu Hause. Leider konnten wir nicht lange bleiben, aber selbst für die kurze Zeit hat sich der Aufenthalt absolut gelohnt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen und können sie definitiv jedem weiterempfehlen!

Umi was an absolutely amazing and outstanding host who provided exceptional customer service to both my mum and me. From the moment we arrived, she was so welcoming, sweet, kind and incredibly thoughtful. Her warm smile and lovely personality made us feel comfortable and at home throughout our entire stay. Every morning, we were greeted with the biggest smiles and a delicious breakfast. Each day, there were different dishes to choose from, and we especially loved that they were all traditional Vietnamese foods, including phở, bún bò Huế and bánh canh. Everything was absolutely delicious, and you could truly taste the care and effort that went into every meal. Linh was an amazing chef! Linh also took great care of our room and kept everything very clean, organised and comfortable. We really appreciated all the little things she did for us throughout our stay. Umi was truly wonderful. She is such a cute, sweet and caring person, and she made us feel like we were staying with family rather than at a hotel. Her hospitality was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location of the hotel was very peaceful and quiet. It was also very close to the centre of Saigon which was perfect for walking because it was so close to everything! A drive to centre of Saigon was only 5mins!!! We are so grateful for the wonderful experience and the kindness we received. We would absolutely visit again — not just once, but again and again! We highly recommend staying here, and we hope to see Umi and Linh again in the future. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable! ❤️

Внимательный персонал. Хозяйка была всегда на связи. Комната новая и свежая - небольшая, но уютная. Оценили, что услуги прачечной совсем не дорогие для отеля (цена почти как в городской) - это большой плюс.

Не минус, но важно знать - отель на узкой улочке. Если вы едете на экскурсию, то нужно будет немного пройтись до главной дороги, потому что крупный транспорт типа микроавтобуса туда не проедет.
