The staff were very helpful and efficient.
I was communicating with Cruise who managed to give me solutions. He arranged transport and advised on time to depart so that I wouldn’t miss my train.
It was very clean and had enough rooms for all of us

The hotel is really close to the high-speed train station, which is very convenient. They also offer shuttle service, which I'm really happy about. The loft rooms are especially great - perfect for family trips or romantic getaways
My stay was pretty good
