Location is great, close walk to Dickson shops and light rails to get around town easily.

Check in was a bit frustrating bit that’s probably on me as I didn’t read the instructions sent via email correctly. Finally figured it out and got in. Be mindful of the underground car park height of 2.1m. It was super tight for my van and I couldn’t go down into the lower levels, had to use one of the disabled spots for the duration of my stay as not much street parking around the building.

Excellent location near everything and right on the main road, easy to get in and around. Key box was in a safe brightly lit location - didn't drive so can't comment on free parking offered.

Beds were old and the mattresses are shot, bed frames are starting to squeak - bedding was likewise old and needs replacement. 2B with balcony for reference.

It was a lovely apartment, all new, extremely clean and tidy. Plenty of space, great having 2 bathrooms.

It was super tricky to find the carpark!!! Took us ages!! Would not have been good if we were in a hurry!!! Directions were clear but no WiFi in the carpark underground and could not find it. Somehow need to be more straight forward.

The location was OK and the place was very new and modern.

Key Collection: The key collection was difficult as it was very hard to get a park. Car parking: The car park was very difficult to find the entry because the name of the lane on the check-in instructions didn't exist in Google Maps or Apple Maps; it was called a completely different name (Winston Lane not Soho Ct). We drove around for ages, and when I spoke to the lady on the phone (she was very nice), she had no idea of the Canberra area, as she was in Brisbane. When we entered the car park after much searching for our car spot, we finally found it and made it up to the room. Room: Once we arrived at the room, we had no idea that the room numbers were the exact same for each building, even though all three buildings looked the same - we had the right room number but the wrong building. Due to the poor mobile service in the area, it was very hard to talk to the lady again to find out why the key wouldn't work. Once we entered the room, we were overwhelmed with an intense smell of new paint and what almost smelled like smoke. We then realised that there was no Wi-Fi, and the mobile service was almost unusable.
