Beautiful apartment ,I would say it is more like a town house as it’s on 3 floors and not shared with anyone else.
Brand new and modern with all facilities and an incredible roof top with huge terrace and hot tub. Beautiful views from multiple balcony’s!

The apartment was located very central and right at the beach with great interior and cleanliness. The private rooftop terrace with jacuzzi is just amazing as you can enjoy the sunrise up there on your own. The host was super nice and helpful and always replied within short time to any enquiries. We can highly recommend the place for a stay in Kos and would be happy to come back eventually.
Since the location of the place is directly above some bars and restaurants, it can get a bit noisy at night sometimes, but that's not impacting the experience of the stay.
