The decor was adorable and most kitchen items needed provided. We brought our own crockpot and had to buy a disposable casserole pan. I did share this information with the property to improve the stay for future guests. The hot tub was glorious and well maintained!

The parking was difficult, because it’s dirt and on the side of a steep mountain. The stairs getting into the cabin and the hilled parking would be difficult for elderly or disabled patrons. Our only complaint (which was addressed with the property) was the cleanliness of the dishes and lack of supplies to hand wash the dishes. The property was apologetic and assured us that it would be addressed for future patrons. We would have preferred more than two pillows on the bed. The television situation was tricky with a family of five. It’s the reality of the layout and size of the cabin. We had to sit at the kitchen table, because of the couch angle and television location…really though, you don’t take vacation to watch TV, but enjoy the beautiful black hills.
