V1 Loft is a completely renovated, independent suite carved out of historic stone, with a glass roof, natural light, hot/cold air conditioning and modern comforts.
It is located in the heart of the historic center of Molfetta, a short walk from the sea (Cala Sant'Andrea), the Duomo and the best restaurants.

The loft is built on two levels.

Main floor – Stone suite
An intimate and quiet environment with:

The temperature is always comfortable thanks to the hot/cold air conditioning.

The bathroom, also in stone, maintains the charm of the historic cave but is fully equipped and functional, for a unique experience without sacrificing comfort.

First floor – Internal courtyard lounge
On the first floor, there is a covered internal courtyard, typical of Mediterranean architecture, designed to favor the natural passage of air and create a bright and pleasant space.

It is furnished like a small lounge and is ideal for:

• relax in silence, away from traffic

The walls display photographic prints by Roberto Lusito, which transform the space into a small artistic journey.
