Limited free street parking is also available in the surrounding area, though it can be challenging to find—especially during summer months and holiday weekends when demand is high.
- Beach chairs will not be offered on a first come first serve basis. They are located on the shared deck space in the plastic bin.
- Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at this property, per City of Newport Beach short-term rental regulations. The primary guest`s age will be verified prior to check-in.
