Perfect for families with children! A spacious family home in a quiet location with a unique view. A 4,000-meter garden. No luxury design, but a warm and welcoming place with plenty of space for children to play—including an indoor playroom with a pool table, foosball table, projector-equipped home theater, Xbox, and a 150 m² play loft with a mini soccer field, basketball hoop, table tennis, and a foosball table. Large garden with a simple, unheated (small solar collector) swimming pool and a large pool house featuring a very spacious dining table and seating area. Forest just a 3-minute walk away. Four spacious bedrooms, plus a small room with bunk beds. Two simple bathrooms, one with a bathtub; laundry room with a washing machine. Also, a large living room with a wood-burning insert, a kitchen-diner, and a large dining table. Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, air fryer, oven, microwave, and every appliance and piece of tableware you could imagine.

The interior of the house has been recently renovated. The exterior could use a fresh coat of paint. It’s not a beauty, but it’s the coziest spot you can imagine, with plenty of options.
