✅ Great news! We take the safety and security of our guests seriously! To comply with local laws here in Nashville, we are required to verify ID to ensure the principal booker is 21+. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options. Option 1: $89 Damage Waiver — a worry free stay with coverage for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) up to $1500, no surprise charges. Or Option 2: $1000 security hold — not a charge, just like a hotel incidentals hold. You pick, then relax and enjoy your stay.

Note: There is one camera facing the front yard, driveway, and street, and one viewing the alleyway.
