Phi Phi Vista Nest Resort

The host and staff at this place are incredibly helpful and kind. They gladly take care of things - transporting luggage to/from the pier and helping book day trips on the sea. The bed is super comfortable. A small mini fridge is in the room. The shower is quite small (you’ll see if you book), but worked well! They provide you with 2 water bottles, coffee packets, shampoo, and body wash daily. The room was very clean upon arrival and they offer daily cleaning. The location is away from the center of town, in more of a local pocket, so it offers more tranquility. It is a short 7-12 minute walk depending on where you’re going in the downtown so still super convenient location. Just FYI: they take a 1000 THB upon arrival, but they happily return it to you as long as you simply respect the property rules. The WiFi and A/C worked great and the room didn’t smell like mold or mildew like other places I’ve stayed in humid climates. This place is a hidden gem if you are a traveler ok with simple, clean, no frills, and getting good value for price. Highly recommend this place as I like supporting small local establishments run by very kind people! Very safe for solo traveler!

My first night there, people in one of the neighboring rooms were loudly partaking in “extracurricular activities” for quite some time. The bed was literally clanking up against the wall. I would have preferred to not to hear that so it would be nice to perhaps have staff/security at night who patrols and monitors/manages noise levels if things reach levels where it is disruptive to other guests. The second morning, I was woken up by others repeatedly opening/closing doors before 7 AM. So perhaps I’m sensitive to noice and/or the walls are quite thin at this accommodation. Either way, neither of these happenstances have anything to do with staff and I still recommend this place.

Bardzo fajny, nowy hotel. W środku czysto, właściciel bardzo miły, pomocny. Widać, że obiekt dopiero powstaje i się rozbudowuje. Jedyna rzecz, która by się przydała to chociaż jedna szafka nocna. Dziękujemy za tak miłe ugoszczenie!

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful the whole stay. The room was comfortable, TV had access to streaming services, AC was great.

Not a big problem but just note that there are no lifts to the first floor.

The place is away from the noise but still near the center by walk.. the best thing of the place was Mai, the man who came to get us and was very helpful all the stay

The soap and shampoo used has a really bad smell, moreover, the hose keeping woman was aggressive and you can’t negotiate with her.. my baby spilled a little of watermelon in the blanket and she said the stain can’t go out and they charged us 700 baht for it. One small thing, I guess there is no sound proof, so it depends on the people staying there if they will respect the no noise timings.
