I loved the room
5 / 10·lug 2026
Correctly, the room was only a 2 minute walk away from Tooting Bec station. The person who let us into the property was very polite. The room was quite spacious, in the roof of the property therefore up 3 flights of stairs. Bedding clean, towels provided were good quality, room was clean and a fan was provided. The room was not the room pictured on the website. The shared kitchen was ok, clean stove, with a fridge available.
To me, it was a house share, with a spare room rented out for the summer. The carpet was dirty, toilets had brown scum marks, bathroom could do with a re-grout, and spare toilet roll (had to provide our own on some occasions) and a clean bath mat. Kitchen floor could do with a good scrub and a re-tile in some places. The room was missing a main lamp shade and the wardrobe door handle was broken. Could not get internet.
