TEnby nice weather good apartment in good location.

Apartment. No proper organisation over getting keys. Finally rang company on my way there to get code. Arrived 1 hour early. Cleaners arrived very rude. Gave keys back. Left cases. received call from Sykes Cottages to say owner had complained about us arriving early. My reply was in that case could they please get the double mattress cleaned as stains were on it no cover. The bunk beds one mattress had stains and all mattresses were very uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on sofa. Cleaners hadnt cleaned bed. Owner bought cover for bed 2 days later. Please note as guests we do not want cover mattress covers to cover stains we want a clean mattress and comfortable ones. When we returned to apartment from dropping cases a whole of loaf of bread and some unopened lactofree milk has vanished from fridge. It was mine. Loved Tenby and location of apartment but cant bear dirty mattresses.

Clean and comfortable beds. Training for cleaners how to speak to guests. People pay alot of money for these apartments.

Disappointed

Not far from centre

Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. After a long journey travelling with our baby, we expected to check into a clean, comfortable, and well-prepared accommodation. Instead, we were met with an apartment that was clearly not up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. It was obvious that the property had not been properly cleaned following the previous guests' stay. The apartment felt untidy and poorly maintained, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene and the overall level of care given to the property. Arriving with a baby made this even more concerning, as cleanliness is one of the most important factors when travelling with young children. Rather than being able to settle in and enjoy the start of our trip, we were left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. We had paid for accommodation that was advertised as being ready for guests, yet what we found did not reflect those expectations. Due to the condition of the apartment on arrival, we contacted the host to explain our concerns and requested a refund as we did not feel comfortable staying in the property. Our request was refused despite the issues we raised regarding the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation. During our communication with the host, I explained that I intended to leave an honest review reflecting our experience. Rather than attempting to resolve the issues or address our concerns, the response we received suggested that they were unconcerned about the negative feedback. This left us feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority and further added to our disappointment. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any holiday accommodation and should never be something guests have to worry about upon arrival.

Overall a very nice place to stay, I would definitely book again.

On the website it said that toilet paper would be provided however it was not. The bottom bed on the bunk bed was also a bit uncomfortable to sleep in, and some sheets had a very faint smell of dog.
