The home is full of character and well decorated. Once we were settled it was a lovely spot to explore the village from. Milk and bubbly in the fridge were a very nice surprise!
Overall the stay was nice, but there were a few details that made it not quite 10/10. It was difficult to get our luggage from the car park (10 minutes away) to the home as it's on an extremely steep and narrow path that you cannot drive on. The twin beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. The check-out directions were confusing: put linens and towels in bags but no bags were provided, separate recycling and rubbish but no bags were provided in any of the rubbish cans and no recycling containers provided. Also, there weren't any dishwasher tabs and only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper.
