The property was super clean and modern, has AC and is in amazing conditions. We stayed 4 nights and it was really convinient to explore Rome to all destinations. Its location is amazing, just 5 mins from the Colosseo metro station which make reslly essy transportation to places that are further away, and to connect to the Roma Termini station. You go downstairs and will find plenty of restaurants for you to choose. Good location for a night walk around the Colosseo when is less crowded. Really like this location and property.
It can get a bit of the noise outside but if you are in vacation/exploration mode this should not be a problem at all. It did not bother us but I know some people might give a bad review because of this and I don’t think is fair.

The location is excellent. All the tourist attractions are just a few minutes’ walk away. It’s a 15–20-minute walk to the Old Town, and you’ll be right by the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain.
The only downside to the place is the noise from the nearby restaurants. I was aware of this before booking, but I didn’t expect it to be that loud. However, after a day full of experiences and exploring the city, the music outside the window definitely didn’t keep me from falling asleep :) And by the way, the food downstairs isn’t bad at all.

Convenient location
Nonstop noise. The restaurants downstairs open until 0 am. And after that there were young ppl yelling, sirens, ambulances, dishes and cups noise until the morning. Barely can sleep. The only toiletries I was offered were the hand soap and hairdryer. Nothing else
