Dhanora Dynasty Resort

We chose this hotel due to its high reviews but unfortunately it is a new hotel that is still having teething issues. Arrived and was disappointed that despite being advertised as having a TV and balcony included , our room had neither. If we wanted to watch TV we were expected to sit and share a lounge area with another room on the 1 st floor. This area was extremely hot. After many discussions we discovered all the other rooms had TVs. The balcony they advertise is really a terrace overlooking the pool you can go and sit on. As well previous reviews talked about amazing dinners but alas they didn’t have a chef and were advertising for one. I can understand the great reviews if there was a chef and you had a family room etc. After initially advising we could have a room with a TV but would have to pay extra, the Manager came back and allowed us to change room for no extra charge. Fabulous pancakes with breakfast the next morning and the Manager kindly help sort out our transport issues

New hotel experiencing problems and have encouraged them to reword what they advertise in the rooms on Booking.com

Beautiful boutique hotel. Could not find anything more serene. Pool was a great cool down and roof top views were 360.

Double beds a bit small for 2 people.

The property is very new and very well maintained. The cleanliness and staff are star classed. I loved the location as it is positioned perfectly close to the Sacred City and travelling to and from was super easy. The food at the property was home cooked and delicious, felt right at home. The rooms are also super clean and spacious, and are fully equipped. I would recommend the property to anyone and will be back again soon! Also they have an amazing rooftop with a breathtaking view. It's a hidden gem of a property and I will be back again soon.

Nothing. Everything was perfect and met our expectations.
