Location is perfect . Nice view from balcony. Spacious living room. The service by Rea, the representative was superb. Arrangemet of taxi to go to Berat was great. Information of tasty testaurants(Golosa , the Italian restsaurant nearby turned out to be my kitchen for 5 days!)was useful. She was quick and accurate in trouble shooting .
1)The inhabitants upstairs sometimes made noise. The kreaking sound of moving furniture(chair?)and metalic sound of dropping something.
It is disturbing early in the morning and late at night.
2)some kitchen utensils are missing or imperfect. The metalic pitcher to warm milk had a leak from the handle.

The property was really clean, very central and extremely comfortable
The check-in was not as intuitive as I’d have expected but we got through it. It might have been great if there was some bottled water in the property to start you with.

L'appartement est bien situé et le propriétaire sympathique et très réactif !
Cela ne nous a pas dérangé, mais il y a un immeuble en construction juste à côté, certaines personnes plus sensibles pourraient être dérangées par le bruit.
