The villa is nestled in a wonderfully private and peaceful area, yet conveniently located just about 10 minutes from the old city centre and the port. It really gives you the best of both worlds — the tranquillity and privacy of being away from the bustle, while still being close enough to enjoy the town, restaurants and waterfront. The property itself sits on a huge piece of land, with a beautiful driveway leading up to the villa. The grounds are very well maintained, and the swimming pool was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Having so much space and privacy around the villa made it feel like a true retreat. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but it was perfectly sufficient for our needs. In any case, with so many wonderful restaurants and food options just a short drive away, who really needs to cook while on holiday in Sardegna! Our concierge was also extremely kind and helpful. He gave us some excellent recommendations on places to visit and made sure we were well looked after throughout our stay. We also appreciated the basic necessities that were thoughtfully provided for us upon arrival. We would happily recommend this villa and would love to return. With a little upgrade to the air-conditioning in the upstairs room, this property could be an exceptional holiday home.

One of the highlights of the property is the additional bedroom on the second floor. It has the most amazing sunset views and its own private little cul-de-sac area, making it feel wonderfully secluded. However, this room would benefit from an upgrade to the air-conditioning. The current unit is a portable air-conditioner rather than a conventional fixed system. During the day, this was not much of an issue, but at night the noise from the machine was quite noticeable and unfortunately made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We feel that upgrading this unit would make the room considerably more comfortable and would really elevate the overall experience. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The privacy, beautiful grounds, wonderful pool, convenient location and overall sense of space made this a fantastic base for our time in Sardegna.

The house itself was lovely and truly had so much potential to be amazing. It has gorgeous grounds and lovely setting, hammocks, comfortable beds, and spectacular pool for swimming. The patio up top was spectacular with a wonderful set up and view. Despite having had many issues while staying at the home the management team stepped in and were great. Andrea, was responsive and attentive and worked all around the clock to make our stay the best he could. We really appreciated him, along with Daniel the owner of the management company who spent hours at the house trying to restore water to the home.

The home was unlike the photos- no pillow top loungers for the pool, or pool towels, or extra pillows and blankets on the beds as shown. The kitchen was minimally equipped without proper knives, only one used dish cloth and nothing to try dishes with, a tiny cutting board etc.. Despite there being plenty of space in and outside the home the furniture was minimal and the spaces were set up for 4 people vs 6. An easy fix in our minds but something to consider when advertising a Luxury spacious Villa. The upstairs living and sleeping space was sweet but much smaller than we pictured. We visited when it was warm and the portable A/C unit had trouble keeping the space cool enough. I can’t imagine how the air conditioner upstairs would keep up in a major heatwave! The shower, toilet and sink were all combined without glass and was more of a wet room. The best patio furniture was set upstairs but the room off it was more suitable for younger people so we never got to use it. Im sum, the house itself has every potential in the world to be a top rated rental. I truly believe that most of the problems will be solved with more experience and feedback from renters. I just hope the owner is willing to listen.
