The location was good. The accommodation in itself was comfortable.

Upon arrival, 17:00, there was nobody there. I walked to the neighbours and explained the situation. The neighbour called the owner who did not live nearby. I spoke with the owner who indicated that instructions on the location of the keys had been provided to Booking.com. I received no communication from Booking.com. I was provided directions to the whereabouts of the entry key, 40 mimutes had passed since my arrival. An eldery lady showed up, who had prepared the wrong unit. She was very apologetic for the mixup, and went off to attain bedding. The unit could have been cleaner. I discovered I had no internet, so a walk to the neighbours again who placed a call to the owner, who then provided me with the interenet access PIN. This was on my 2nd day there. Some hiccups that had I not spoken Estonian may have proven to be worse.

Quiet rustic location with good road access. Unique interior of the old forge house. Plenty of space for 3-4 people. A balcony where one can enjoy evening sun, and a terrace for the morning sun.

The mortar between the old granite stones keeps chipping off. Not a biggie; though. Not sure how the house would hold the warmth in the colder season.

Great location in the Peipsi area. Very helpful and supportive host. Our room was very newly renovated and some things got sorted out during our stay by the host (eg suitable kitchenware for the new inductive stove) but that was fine and added to the experience our stay.
