The property is well maintained, clean and very quiet. Also in a good location.

Unfortunately, despite being marketed as a property with two bathrooms, neither of bathrooms is fully functional. The shower in the first floor bathroom was really weak and cannot be used as a shower. The shower in the en-suite/second floor was not reliable such that water will stop flowing once a water tap in other parts of the property (either the kitchen or the first floor bathroom) is on. My friend and I had to coordinate the time we take shower so as to avoid any disruption of water flow. We have flagged this to the agent and the host and they said these issues do not “materially impacted the overall use of the property's facilities”, and no compensation was provided after we have proposed the same. We respectfully disagree. We would like to flag to future guests that the host and agent are reluctant to address issues that may be identified, and should take this into account in making decision in booking this property.

Das Haus war blitzblank u liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr schönes Geschirr. Wohnzimmer mit 2 Sofas und vielen Kissen. Im 2. Stock/Mansarde Gallerie mit 1 Doppelbett und Dusche/WC und im 1. Stock ein weiteres Doppelzimmer mit Badewanne/WC und 1 kleines Zimmer mit Schreibtisch.

Die Treppe über 2 Stockwerke ist recht steil. Ein Esstisch wäre im Wohnzimmer praktischer als im Wintergarten.
