The staff.
The staff were amazing. Yvonne in the pub attached was just great. Brought a friendly energy to the place. Didn't get his name but the man attending the desk was very friendly and approachable
Bathroom was immaculate. Bed comfy. Coffee, kettle etc
Location.
Location is a not great for breakfasts, coffees, late flight and want to walk around would be a no.
If going somewhere specifically and no other plans it would be grand. Bit dear for location in my opinion

Quite location, rooms are done really well. Slept great. Manager checked us in, very friendly and recommended places to eat and supplied cab numbers.

At around 8am there was so much noise, it felt like a metal earthquake that shook the room and the beds. Like kegs were being thrown down the stairs outside.
Very uncomfortable beds and inconvenient location - very few food options nearby that are open after 9pm, and it's quite far to Liverpool centre on foot, so can't use that either. No big supermarkets nearby either.
