The apartment was very big, clean and had everything we needed, so we never had to go out and buy anything we had forgotten. What really stood out was how well they look after children, with cookies, colouring pens, little chairs and plenty of other small touches. My nephews were delighted the moment we walked in, and that made the trip much easier for the adults too.
The only thing I would like them improve is the balcony. At the moment you cannot really use it, and with a bit of seating out there it would be a lovely spot to sit in the evening. Everything else was exactly as described.

The size of the apartment was massive. Location, whilst out of Venice, was very close to the local tram and bus stop.
There were lots of little extras that the host supplied, including stuff for kids to do and host was very helpful.
We were disappointed in the second room, advertised as a double bed but was a pull out and very uncomfortable. Kitchen was great but could have found a toaster useful.

The host Francesca was absolutely great. She spent time with us when we arrived and provided all we needed before we even asked. She was informative and caring. Told us where to go and not to go. Provided bus information to get in and out of Venice. Where we stayed was just steps to the bus, shops, safe and comfortable. The actual room was as good as you're going to get. It had everything you needed and was very clean and spacious. I would go back again and recommend it to anyone who is thinking of visiting Venice and is looking for an affordable option.
Nothing to add here. We loved our stay.
