The layout is nice, with two bedrooms downstairs and one up since we were a mix of grandparents, parents and kids.
The upstairs enclosed porch is nice for quiet activities and the extra fridge is also nice. We spent hours on the porch.
We didn’t use the outside sitting area by the creek. It would be nice to have a gas barbecue for grilling.
Also, for a party of 6 it would be good to have a sitting area that could seat 6.
The instructions about sheets are overly detailed. Why not just be prepared in case a sheet is stained?
