The location is fantastic! 5 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go.
The building itself is not just historic it has not been updated. The entry is dingy, the hallway is storage for building materials, the kitchen was minimally stocked for 2 people (2 glasses/3 plate) and we were a party of 4. The water pressure was a trickle, the toilet didn’t flush correctly and there were no spare pillowcases or blankets.
This host is making a good rental rate and not up-keeping his rental property.

Location
Filthy carpet and tiles. Loose hairs throughout apartment. Mould in bathroom. No bowls to eat from. No plug. No tea towel. Very little soap on tap in the bottle.
