Serenity Boutique

Vanney epitomises what superb customer service looks like. Friendly, proactive, warmly welcoming, enthusiastic, really happy to be able to help, nothing too much trouble, clear communication and outstanding language skills. Making bookings for me was smooth. She really made this a pleasant stay. Handy restaurant on site. Comfortable Balcony Air conditioning Pleasant room overlooking the pool Nice decor Quiet Really nice hotel. I didn't make use of the pool but if you enjoy having a pool to relax and play then it would be ideal. A really nice hotel, definitely worth considering.

Communication was occasionally a little difficult with some staff - a slight language barrier meant it wasn't always clear whether requested bookings had been made, which unfortunately left me a little uncertain about whether everything had been arranged. But I need not have worried as everything was in place. Although I'd happily stay here again, I'd weigh up whether I'd want to stay somewhere slightly more central.

Great service and excellent quality. From the beginning, everything was explained clearly and handled professionally. I received exactly what I needed without any problems. I’m very happy with the experience and will definitely come back.

Clean room, good staff and excellent location

No bar area and too many children But as a single couple that's not the hotels fault.
