My girlfriend and I have spend 4 nights in this apartment and we really enjoyed it.
First of all, the apartment is well pisitioned with a walking distance from 5 min to several restaurants, cafes, bakeries and 10 min to different beaches, lake Vouliagmeni and grocery stores.
Secondly, the beautiful balcony is perfect for a sunny breakfast or to hang out in the evening and to enjoy the sea view.
And last but not least, Fabio provided us with several recommandations for restaurants, beaches etc. and welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine.
We really enjoyed our stay and can recommand this apartment if you are searching for a affortable apartment that is quiet and has a balcony with sea view.
