We were incredibly happy with our stay in this apartment! This is exactly the kind of place where the apartment fully met our expectations and even exceeded them. If we came back to Palermo again, we would choose this place again without any doubt. First of all, we want to say a special thank you to our host, Rossana. She is simply wonderful! ❤️ As soon as we booked the apartment, Rossana got in touch with us and stayed in contact throughout the whole time before our trip. We had many questions because it was our first visit to Palermo, and she always gave us detailed and very friendly answers. Thanks to this, even before arriving, we felt calm and knew that we would have someone to contact if we needed anything. When we arrived in Palermo, Rossana met us in person. She showed us everything in the apartment, explained how to use the appliances, air conditioners and other things, and told us where everything was. The apartment is extremely clean, the appliances are new and in very good condition, and the apartment itself is very comfortable. We also really liked the building and the location. The apartment is not far from the main sights, so it is easy to reach them on foot. We especially want to mention the clean bed linen and the new pillows. There are two air conditioners in the apartment, and they were a real lifesaver during the hot Sicilian August. A huge thank you to Rossana for her hospitality, care, and for making our stay even more enjoyable! ❤️

Nothing at all! Everything was absolutely great.
