Charles met us at the apartment and was so friendly and brilliant with our kids. He made us feel right at home there. As soon as we saw the apartment we knew we had made a good choice. It was spotlessly clean with all the facilities we could need. The kids loved the disney bedding, and account all logged in for Disney+ on the TV. So many thoughtful touches, like a small toilet seat for the little ones and step- stools. The place is really family friendly. Lovely little outside area which was great for relaxing in once we'd got back from disney without waking the kids up. We will absolutely be back. So happy we found this place.

Nothing at all to dislike. It's brilliant!

Close to amenities and easy access to Euro Disney

Misinformation on website. Could not get to outside space on beautiful sunny day. Few bits like dishwasher and washing machine tablets not available. Bedsheets not ironed etc.
