The hosts are really friendly and responsive. They also helped me print my document which were very urgent.
Location is perfect

Convenient to YVR. About 10 minutes. Very clean. We were in room #1 and liked it. Very spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Fixtures dated but functional and clean. Needs new pillows as they were all flat and lumpy.

Location, proximity to the airport
1. There was no private parking in the driveway. Since the property is rented on room-basis, there were two cars already in the driveway and three additional cars were parked on the road. We also had to park on the road in order not to block anyone
2. The occupants of one of the rooms had cooked a strong odor meal and the entire ground floor was smelling of the same when we entered the premises
