Keith and family were perfect hosts, the accomodation was ideal, easy to find, ideal for my trip to the Phoenix, the room was a good size, clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend and I wouldn't hesitate to use again if in the area.

Exactly what I needed, nothing to dislike.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy, just like the pictures. It was quiet and comfortable to stay in. The cats were extremely calm, clean and gentle and didn't bother me at all, even though I am more of a dog person. The house is a beautiful English style on the outside fit with a garden at the back, from where you could access the parking space. The inside was renovated and equipped with modern and stylish furniture and houseware. I liked the feeling of personal space I got there. Even though I was one of three guests, I could rarely notice that. I enjoyed that pretty much everything I wanted to see in the city was just a walking distance away. It took me about 30minutes to get to the Cathedral and 15 to cross the river. Additionally, there is a very convenient bus route that stops just 2 minutes away from the house. Overall I had a wonderful stay and am thankful for Keith and his family's hospitality and would definitely recommend the place.
