Wonderful apartment! If you need anything, Anastasia is there to help you out. The complex's facilities are great, complete with a playground for kids, and right around the corner from the building, you'll find plenty of restaurants.
Nothing.

Very clean, complete facilities and location near Mega Park mall which is nice if you’re staying long term and need to cook one of the nights of your stay. There’s also children’s park
Nothing.

Excellent location around many great cafes and restaurants. In a more modern area of Almaty, very safe!
Everything was great!

Location good not great
Facilities in the hotel were way suboptimal for the star rating, breakfast had limited options, and staff was highly unhelpful
