It has an assigned off-street parking spot, the one-bedroom unit is only one floor off the ground - so not too many steps. Host is very easy to deal with and responds quickly. It was clean and comfortable and only two minutes' walk from beautiful Freshwater Beach, and a few minutes' drive from a charming local shopping centre and restaurants.

Location is incredible - just off Freshwater Beach - and it is (or could be, see additional comments) a lovely airBnB type of short stay apartment.
Floor was filthy on arrival and basic implements, like a rubbish bin, a broom or any other cleaning supplies were not provided. Also communication was poor. E.g. we had to bring our own linens - which is fine - questions regarding if duvets/blankets were available were not answered. It's clear that the place was up for sale and that was the focus of owners.
