breakfast was not included but there are a lot nice places close to have one. lacation is super

I liked the location and extra security (password) to enter the building. It is few mins away from metro (Söyütlücheshme). The one room apartment with a small kitchen is pretty good if you also want to make your own breakfast or tea. Cleanliness could be improved. If you go in the summer, room has full windows and it gets warm even with the ac and blackout curtains, but it is manageable. Special note!!! You get the instruction to enter the building and the apartment: don’t expect the password you type appears on the screen (it was confusing for me first and I spent half an hour to figure it out). Just press the buttons given in the instruction and the entrance door will get unlocked.

Cleanliness should be improved.
