Great location and very helpful owner with good communication
Some noise in hallways at night on a constant flushing of bathroom on floor above on one of the nights.

Location and well furnished

The location was great. Beds were comfortable and being able to go to the pool with the kids was great.
The booking said parking was included but then I was told after booking it, there was an issue with the fob and parking was not available and I queried about alternative parking and/or reimbursement. They accommodated by saying ring this number and they will open the gate and I can use the allocated parking. There was confusion when I rang the number provided. They initially said they couldn’t help but then they could help. It was all very confusing and time consuming tbh. We got there in the end but it was more hassle than it was worth.
