The cleanliness and kitchen facilities.
Nothing. It would be noisy if there were disrespectful other guests. Perhaps the owner could change the large internal rubbish bin daily.

The setting was quite surprising and very pleasant. There are several rooms and one central kitchen, obviously used by the people who are already there. The quality standard is pretty high and the communcation on how to enter and what to consider was as clear as it was excellent
Smoking a permitted outside, but that means that you know people are doing this if you sleep on the back of the complex. As there is little to none to absorb sounds, you can literally hear people talk, laugh and play videos on their cell with the door of your room closed.
