One of the very best properties we've ever stayed at, especially in Gainesville. It looks exactly as the photos and a lot of pride and care is evident in this home. Beautifully furnished, comfy and cozy bedrooms with nice beds and bedding/pillows and all the extra nice touches - robes (!), luggage stands, sound machines, ample power sources, coasters, you name it. Bathrooms also very well stocked with nice towels and hotel-style individual shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotions. Plenty of extra supplies for paper products, too. We didn't cook but the kitchen is very well stocked as well including a nice dual coffee machine and a lovely supply of K-cups, creamers, etc. Huge TVs for living room and both bedrooms, smart thermostat/doors, etc. Great location for proximity to many areas, you can see The Swamp restaurant and University Ave, Sorority Row and the campus are an easy walk . It was a good spot for our UF game day and sorority parent weekend visit. Excellent communication with the host before, during and after our stay as well. We'll be back!! As private rental property owners, we are IMPRESSED!! Top notch, you won't be disappointed. A++++++++
