Picked up at the ferry terminal by someone we knew in Dudung... As always, 5🎖 for his service. An easy going personal with a kind heart that attends to your needs❤️🔥.

2. Our coordinator ( Teresalonica )
Knew her from the sister hotel chain in Swissbel Harbour Bay. She planned my wedding anniversary and daughter's birthday smoothly. Love how she is always attentive to my needs/arrangement. 5 🎖 as always ❤️🔥.

Its so huge with two beds that no additional extra bed is needed. A major plus for couples with young kids. Huge bathtub and lovely toilet setting❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
4. Speed of Check - In / Check - Out @ Front Office.
Nurul attended to me on both occasion. I'm amazed by the efficiency of the whole two process. Within 8 - 10 mins...

My bad i didnt catch the name of my therapist.
2 Oct Friday @ 7pm...she is the one that help relieve my aching muscles. Good pressure techniques.❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥.

Omg, the nasi goreng buntut is ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 we ordered it 3 times during our stay.
Nothing can go wrong with chips selection for the kids❤️🔥.
8. Swimming pool
I didnt realized how long the pool is from picture on web and on site itself. The kids love it❤️🔥.
9. Kids Club
Good small space for the kiddos to play and unwind.

N.A for my family.
But im sure some guests will prefer plates and utensils available in rooms that have microwave,fridge, washbasin...📝

Location is ideally strategic. Love the spacious room, the bed, esp. The TV. Toiletries array is great. Separate towelling choice is observed too.
Breakfast was heart-filling yummy.
Had a pleasant stay esp. wf it’s welcoming & courteous staffs on the whole.
Didn’t like the room slippers. It’s big-cutting could trip while using.

Actually nothing outstanding for the price
The coffee was weak, Mosquitos in the room. Food quality is average at best, complicated manager, friendly staff
