Gorgeous home, well kept property, quiet, lovely short walk to beach on Sound with a serene and beautiful view, welcoming hosts except for one detail. Many places around the property to sit and enjoy the view in private or with a group. Extremely competitively priced, especially for the beauty surrounding the home.

Host does not state in lodging description that he requires guests to provide drivers license or government issued ID that he then takes a photo of. This would have impacted my choice. He was adamant about this undisclosed requirement. Otherwise hosts were very gracious, kind and helpful. Guest room is upstairs and appears to be furnished for children with children"s movies, dry erase boards, nice bed but some left over, odd or well-used furniture. Home is tricky to find but worth it to access the Sound-fronting property. Host provided good directions to find the home. With these few detractions, I would highly recommend this stay if you are ok with the ID requirement. I would stay here again.

Location was perfect for us. We slept well.

We had trouble with the lock box and didn't meet the hosts, but otherwise great.

There were three dogs in the house that were not listed in the information, this is a bedroom inside of a house shared with other people. The information stated “views of the water” however we could not see any water. Our biggest complaint is that the bedroom door had no deadbolt and we were not able to lock the door when we left for the day. The bedroom is a mismash of thrift store finds and no comfortable chair to sit in. We had to sit on the edge of the bed to eat or to watch tv which was mounted so high up it hurts ones neck to look at it very long.
