Very good

Breakfast was served in the room. This reduced the variety which one could enjoy. If it was in a restaurant/banquet hall/dining hall...one could really enjoy the variety of Indian flavours. The quality of food was good. I preferred having lunch / dinner at this hotel due to very good quality....

Location
Damp smell in the room may be due to wooden flooring. Balcony door could not be locked. Safety issue. So so in house dining.

The staff was courteous and responsive, helped us with our bags and other requests. Room size was good, with spacious attached balcony. Located in a prime area with good connectivity and peaceful surroundings. Aloo parantha in the breakfast was yummy.
Cleanliness can be worked on, saw some ants later in the night. Quantity of toiletries can be improved, there was only dental kit, no hand-wash in the bathroom.
