Apartment is in a new building; everything is new and clean, with modern appliances

-The written instructions from the host were incomplete, so I couldn't get the keys, and the host's manager wasn't answering the phone. Luckily, a neighbor walking down the hallway helped me. - I had to search for the bed linen . Do people really check in for 4 days without needing bed linen—is that why it has to be hidden away somewhere?! - There was a washing machine, and it looked like there was a box of powder and a bottle of detergent gel in the bathroom, but when I went to do a load, both containers turned out to be empty. There was no point telling the manager—even hoping they might bring some the next day (which wasn't guaranteed)—because my clothes might not have dried before departure. - There was a capsule coffee maker, but only 2 capsules were provided for a four-day stay. - There was an issue setting up the TV—two remote controls with confusing (non-intuitive) menu. The manager's advice to press "1" didn't help. I was offered the option of waiting for a technician the next day around 10:00 AM, but changing my plans for the next day didn't suit me, and leaving the keys for the technician to come while I was out made no sense. - There is no window; if you want fresh air, you have to open the balcony door :(
