Good recieption staff and good hotel stay for family toilet clean good

Ok ok

Unfortunately, our experience was not as expected. We booked four double rooms, but one of the rooms was very old and did not meet the standard we expected. The overall atmosphere was also not suitable for a family stay. People were smoking in the corridors, and there was loud noise, which made it uncomfortable for us, especially with our family. The other rooms were acceptable, but the condition of one room and the overall environment were disappointing. We hope the management will take these concerns seriously and improve the experience for families in the future. There was no hot water, and the bathroom bucket was leaking, which was inconvenient. We requested to change the room, but we were asked to pay an additional charge for another room, even though the property was not fully booked. The property and rooms looked much better in the pictures, but the actual experience was quite different from what was shown online.
