The location was decent, close to everything on Butler Street as well as East Liberty and a short drive into the city. The furniture was comfortable as well. I did appreciate the outdoor space although we didn't make use of it. The decor is fun as well.
There was quite a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors. The steps getting inside are very steep and the weeds outside as well as overflowing mailbox made the place look unkept. Inside was decent. The bathroom is very small and older. Every noise can be heard throughout the entire space. The doors to the bedroom as well, they aren't practical for privacy. A larger coffee table or dining space would have been nice as there wasn't much space to eat or work.
