Almost in the middle of Kirkwall. Easy walk to everything.
Not easy to find. The bed needs a skirt to prevent stubbing your toes. Could do with towel hangers.
The approach is difficult first time.

The communal
Kitchen is well supplied with crockery, cutlery and cooking needs.
Excellent location close to grocery stores, cafes and shopping.
Parking may be an issue through the week, however the car park next door is available free over the weekend.

Small rooms but very clean - clean towels, clean sheets, kitchen cleansed every day.
Location close to the travel (bus) centre and all the shops.
Nice, welcoming host.
Some towel rack/hooks would be helpful in the bathroom.
