I stayed here during a business trip to attend an exhibition in Munich, and the location was ideal for my needs. It is easily accessible by car, away from the busy city centre, while the Munich Exhibition Centre is only about 20–30 minutes away, depending on traffic. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Despite the outdoor temperatures being close to 40°C during my stay, the basement apartment remained pleasantly cool while still offering enough natural daylight. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and well maintained, with a grocery store for everyday essentials and a petrol station nearby. I would gladly stay here again for future business trips.

Nothing in particular. Everything met my expectations.
