Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location was amazing. From our room and our breakfast table we had views out across the ocean. The room was warm and the bed was clean and comfortable.
The hotel has no ramp and no lift so we had to carry our buggy up and down the stairs. The shower temperature fluctuated and the shower curtain was too short so the floor got wet. There was a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the bedroom windows. The drain pipe from our sink wasn't connected to anything so the water just drained into the carpark outside. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in a few places.
