I think we were one of the first guests and we had a truly enjoyable 4 nights/5 days in Trieste. The apartment is spacious and full of (perfect indirect) light, and the view of the Triestine rooftops was a lovely sight every morning :) Park with lush trees and kids playground is just down the street. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Having a dedicated parking spot nearby was very handy, but even better-- public transport is well organized and a bus stop is only a few minutes away. It takes 15mins to the city center (main Unity square) and 15mins to the University of Trieste - so, location was perfect for us. Also -- once you pass the initial few stairs -- there is an elevator in the building, which was handy. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back!

Not really a "didn't like", but as a heads up, parking is not in the same street, but in a separate building 5minutes walking/3 minutes driving away. It's a bit tricky to park and I was happy my husband was doing it (not me :p). Having said that, having a secure and dedicated parking spot in Trieste was great, and we used it with no problems!
