The outside terrace

Waited an hour in the heat to gain access to the apartment, check in details were not clear and the phone number was not answered, finally a kind man came along and phoned the property manager to explain the situation in Italian, waited another 30 minutes until the owner arrived to let us in Initial impression of the space was good, however, no kettle and only 1 small pot, not enough cooking essentials to prepare a meal, no toaster, a hairdryer that didn’t work A spa which would have taken 4 hours to fill, had to run the tap in the shower for 5 minutes to gain hot water All in all a disappointment and would not recommend
